Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 48h to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up in store with pre-scheduled appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING:

Our products are made to order. Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on third party shipping provider, but usually takes 3-6 business days. We offer free shipping for purchases of 150EUR or above (weight and size restrictions may be applicable). We do not ship outside of continental EU countries at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for purchases over 150EUR

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to continental EU countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for purchases over 150EUR. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ajopuu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ajopuu.pt with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
